I adore Spring and for me this collection encompasses all of my favourite parts of this season; sweet baby animals, soft pastel shades, sweet fruity scents and, of course, chocolate!

Vegetable Garden Play Kit

Our Vegetable Garden Play Kit was inspired by my own children's love of Peter Rabbit and Mr McGregor's garden and I couldn't love it more! This set is just bursting with play and learning potential; create your very own vegetable patch, help your bunnies get into mischief (or even bake them into a pie!), learn about planting seeds and how to help them grow, build a scarecrow and so much more.

The apple scented Orchard Green and rich, cocoa scented Mud Brown doughs are a perfect sweet fix if you're looking for a sugar free Easter gift that will last far beyond the holiday.

Mini kits

Our mini kits are always particularly popular at this time of year as they make the most perfect Easter basket filler (and just look how well they fit inside the fillable Maileg eggs too!). Choose from a lamb, chick or an adorable little bunny rabbit. Each set comes in its own cotton drawstring bag containing a different coloured tin of play dough and everything you need to create your own small world scene.

Sensory dough

This will be our pastel rainbow of play dough's THIRD year in the shop! It is always hugely popular and it's easy to see why. A collection of eight gorgeous, soft, pastel shades, each with its very own unique scent. From white chocolate to raspberry, lemon sherbet to apricot, they're almost good enough to eat (but of course, please don’t!).

Last year you asked for them to come in a choice of size so I'm thrilled to let you know that this year they will all be available in both our generous, standard sized tins as well as our smaller tins, perfect for egg-less hunts, Spring and Easter crafting, filling up your Easter baskets, party favours or for those of you who just can't make up your mind and want to try all the stunning shades!

Tools and accessories

We just love play dough mats for giving children another way to play with our play dough and play kits. For Spring, we’re launching a wonderful set of two Easter-themed play mats, one with a whimsical farmyard scene and another inviting you to create and decorate your very own Easter eggs. The play dough mats work perfectly with our Spring-themed play kits, mini kits and play doughs.

And of course we have a huge selection of Yellow Door tools and accessories (including the gorgeous new Farmyard Footprint Stones), sensory rice and wooden plates and bowls.

Make your own sensory dough kit

This Easter marks the one year anniversary of the launch of our Make Your Own Sensory Dough Kits and I have loved seeing you all getting stuck in and making your own play dough at home.

Our play dough making kits are completely plastic free and come with pre-weighed ingredients and an easy to follow recipe card. All you need to do is add water!

Especially for Easter, we love our Make Your Own Chocolate Dough Kit! It would make a perfect  sugar-free gift for your little one's Easter basket.
