This end of winter, early springtime stage really is magic isn't it? The lighter evenings, the feeling the warmth in the sun, those first mornings out in the garden and afternoons at the park, spotting bulbs and blossoms as they start to appear. Aside from Christmas, this is my favourite time of the year which you can probably see in my shop as I tend to go all out for the Spring/Easter launch and 2025 is no exception! I have been a busy bee behind the scenes tweaking old favourites and perfecting new products ready for the new collection that will be launching tomorrow Tuesday 4th March at 7pm.
This year there 2 fun and vibrant play kits to choose from; the Spring Meadow Play Kit and the Farmyard Play Kit.
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed designing the Spring Meadow set for you! The beautiful colours, the mint chocolate and cherry scented play doughs the huge selection of carefully chosen, plastic free loose parts and that cuter than cute bunny rabbit figure. To me this just screams springtime and I can't wait to see your little ones creating their own unique small world meadow scenes.
This set was inspired by my family's annual Easter holiday visit to our local city farm to coo over the baby animals. It is bursting with different scents, textures and loose parts for hours of open ended farmyard fun.
Mini kits come in their own organic cotton, drawstring bags and are perfect for play on the go, a unique gift or a lovely addition to an Easter basket. This year I have created three different mini kits, the Easter Bunny, Easter Chick and Easter Eggs Mini Kits. Children can use the play dough and the components included to make their own favourite Easter characters.
This Spring I have created seven vibrant shades of play dough, each with its own unique, fruity scent. From rhubarb to peach, lemon to blueberry, they're almost good enough to eat (but of course, please don’t)!
Each colour is available in three different options, the generous standard, 300g tins (£7.50), the smaller 130g (£5) and the super special sensory dough surprises that have a resin animal figure hidden inside the dough (£6).
And then to go with your play dough and play kits, I of course have a gorgeous selection of tools and accessories including gorgeous eco cutters from Kinfolk Pantry, new Easter and farm themed play dough mats and lush nesting felt trinket bowls.
The Spring collection will be available to buy on the website from March 4th!
